How to make it
Lehsun Ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney)
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 large bulb garlic cloves peeled
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder (I have used Kashmiri red chili powder which is not very hot)
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Oil as per liking and Salt as per taste.
Instructions:
- Add the garlic cloves, to the mortar pestle and pound it well (You can also use the grinder)
- To the pan heat some oil and When the oil is hot enough add the pounded garlic
- Cook for 10 minutes on slow to medium flame or until the raw smell is gone.
- Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt
- Add all the other spices and stir occasionally to prevent it from burning as it releases the oil turn off the gas.
- Serve Rajasthani Lehsun Ki Chutney with any paratha.
