Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Make the Filling:
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until aromatic.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
