- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Add minced green chilies & ginger to the oil. Then add the tomatoes for 5-7 minutes, or until they are soft. Boil the potatoes & keep them aside.
- Mix Ingredients: Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and boiled mashed potatoes.
- Serve: Place the mixture in a serving bowl, top with papri, and garnish with more coriander. Serve immediately.
