How to make it
Ingredients:
- 20 pitted Medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces dark chocolate baking bar (vegan)
- Chopped nuts ( Almonds, Cashew, pistachio)
- Dry fruits ( Raisins, cranberries, apricots )
Method:
- Start by chopping all the nuts you want to include.
- Take pitted dates or gently make a lengthwise slice down one side of each date. Carefully pull it open to reveal the pit. Remove and discard the pit.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and assemble them in a row.
- Add the dates inside-side down, Press down flat with a glass bottom or a rolling pin, overlapping each.
- Spread the peanut butter overtop, using the back on a spoon to evenly swirl.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Drizzle the melted dark vegan chocolate and repeat the layering process if you like.
- Then, freeze the chocolate bar for about four hours. Once it’s set, Remove it from the freezer, place date bark onto a chopping board, and cut into squares using a knife. enjoy your delicious treat!
