Ingredients

Instructions


Step 1: Prepare the Dough

2. Take one dough ball and roll it out into a small disc (about 4 inches in diameter).

4. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it completely, forming a ball again.

5. Gently flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out into a larger disc (about 6-8 inches in diameter). Be careful not to let the filling spill out.

1. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Place the rolled-out paratha on the hot pan apply some water on one end for it to stick tawa.

3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip it over.

4. Brush with oil or plant ghee and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Flip again and repeat until both sides are well-cooked.

5. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.


Step 5: Serve

- Serve hot with yogurt, pickles, or a side salad.
